What are the conditions of the goods for sale?

Brand new and original, sourced directly from manufacturers or trusted suppliers. Some products are available due to suppliers changing their inventory, liquidating stock, or closing their operations. Rest assured, all items are authentic and in excellent condition.

A- graded items, which are new but may have minor imperfections in the original packaging. Rest assured, all products are of high quality and in excellent condition.

All details and conditions of the goods are communicated via email when the offer is sent.

What kind of warranty is provided?

2 years of international warranty for brand new products.

No warranty for A- graded items.

The warranty for the goods also depends on the suppliers and may vary depending on the product.

What type of payment do you accept?

Euro Trade Wholesale SL accepts payment ONLY by bank wire transfer. All purchases will require payment before merchandise is shipped.

How long does it take to receive a bank transfer?

The length of time can vary. On average, it takes two hours before it shows up in our account if the payment is made by express, or up to 2-3 working days if the payment is made in standard option.

When may I schedule a pickup of my goods?

Product is typically released within 48 hours after the wire has been received. You will have to inform Euro Trade Wholesale SL Customer Service about the collection details: truck number, driver name and collection time and present reference of the order upon collection.

Where do your products ship from?

We have multiple locations across Europe. Each offer has a different warehouse.

Who is responsible for freight cost?

The purchaser is responsible for and shall pay the cost of any and all shipping. This includes trucking, special handling (residential delivery, litigate, and call for appointment), duties, and clearing cost. Euro Trade Wholesale SL can provide shipping services at discounted rates.

How do I get a shipping estimate?

Email us asking for a shipping quote and please provide us with complete delivery details and any specific requirements of the destination warehouse.

Which are the conditions for shipment?

1. Truckload shipments cannot be delivered to a residence or any residential area due to truck size constraints.
2. ​​It is required that the destination location has a loading dock or equipment to remove the pallets from the trailer (forklift, etc.).
3. ​​The destination location is responsible for the unloading of the pallets from the vehicle. The driver will not assist in unloading.
4. ​​Truckload carriers provide a maximum of two hours to unload the trailers. If two hours is exceeded, you will be charged additional detention charges.
5. ​​The process of scheduling the vehicle to pick up will begin once we receive and process payment for the purchased goods and freight.

Are transit times guaranteed?

Transit times are not guaranteed. This depends on the transit time.

What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?

If transportation is arranged through our logistics, we are directly responsible for any damages during transit. If a different shipping company is used, they will be responsible for damages, and the client must submit a claim within 60 days of shipment. The claimant should only request compensation for loss or damage to the shipped product. ALWAYS be as concise as possible when noting specific damage on the delivery receipt. Mark any damaged or missing freight immediately on the BOL or CRM!

Can I inspect the goods?

It depends on the supplier. If the goods are loaded directly from the factories, it is not possible to inspect the goods. If the goods are loaded from the suppliers mentioned above, some have the possibility to inspect the goods, others do not.
